We were told that the service provider would contact us to discuss added service and price. Since we did not receive a return call, we contacted the service provider direct but only was able to leave a voicemail. Again, one returned our call. Upon arrival, Technician was not aware of the added service. Overall experience was good with the exception of lack of communication. Thank you house cleaning service.
